Inside Three Stunning Developments On Upper East Side’s Most Sought After Street

The Upper East Side is notorious for its wealthy denizens, Michelin star restaurants and we can’t forget the designer shops along Madison Avenue.

40 East End Avenue, developed by Lightstone, is a new boutique Upper East Side condominium designed by Deborah Berke Partners in collaboration with Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel Architects. The condominium features 29 residences ranging from two- to five-bedroom apartments, a maisonette, a duplex penthouse with a private roof terrace and priced from about $3 million to $25 million. The development is located moments away from Carl Schurz Park and a wide array of neighborhood amenities and educational and cultural institutions.

20 East End Avenue, designed by internationally renowned Robert A.M. Stern, is a new condominium located on the northwest corner of 80th Street and East End Avenue in Manhattan’s prestigious Upper East Side neighborhood.
