A stunning built out residence at 40 East End Avenue with interiors by internationally renowned architect Deborah Berke, has been listed for $5.9 million. Deborah Berke is the CEO of Deborah Berke Partners, the New York-based architecture and interior design practice, and the first female Dean of the Yale School of Architecture.
40 East End Avenue is a new luxury boutique condominium building located on a highly sought after enclave located on East End Avenue in the Upper East Side. The design of 40 East End is inspired by the local historic architecture. Elegant detailing on the façade includes charcoal-toned brick patterning and tailored hand-cast ornamentation.
Deborah Berke has designed the interiors for all the residences in the building. She took extra care and consideration to create something that made a strong design statement but also contextually blended into the neighborhood.
